2023-05-01@6:42pm--#Fairfield CT-- It took the patience of a firefighter waiting for a contract to capture a goose without a net, that was trapped in the water outlet at Gould Manor today. It took over 20 minutes so I sped the video up. The goose did join its buddies that were waiting for its rescue. Threat Leads to Drug/Firearm Arrest
On 5-1-23, a male victim called the Shelton Police Department to say a person known to him sent a threatening message that he was coming to the victim’s house. The victim was not forthcoming with details. Police were sent to the area and while responding were told that the known person was now outside of the house in a red car. Police arrived and observed a male inside the red car. Police ordered the male to exit the car and come towards them. The male ran away and jumped into an adjacent river. Officers were able to get the male of out the river. Police located a gun and drugs inside the vehicle. A check revealed the gun was reported…
Trumbull News: 3 Arrested For Stolen Car, Drugs and A Big Knife
#Trumbull CT-- On Saturday, April 29, 2023, Trumbull police arrested three (3) men as they exited the Trumbull Shopping Mall as they tried to elude officers nearby. The individuals walked away from a stolen vehicle and were also found to be in possession of drugs and a large knife. Keisean Chavis, age 21, of Chapel Street, Isaiah Johnson, age 20, of Howard Avenue, and Giovanni Abreu, age 19, of Kimberly Avenue, all residents of New Haven, were arrested for their involvement in this incident. Around 5:30 PM, officers observed the three (3) men walking towards a stolen vehicle, but when the men observed the police they immediately turned away from the stolen vehicle and began walking back towards the mall.…
Fairfield News: Uninhabitable Home
During the week of April 17th, Fairfield Police were made aware by a concerned citizen about a dog that was found roaming in the Steep Hill Road area of Fairfield. The dog appeared to have been covered in feces and urine, having a generally poor appearance. Animal Control Officers began to investigate and determined that the dog came from a home on Steep Hill Road. After further investigation, it was determined that 25 dogs and 22 cats were living in poor conditions inside the home and needed to be removed. Animal Control Officers along with Fairfield Police, assisted with removing all of the animals from the home. Three animals are being treated at a local animal hospital for various conditions…

The following individuals were arrested for their involvement in the incident: Aaliyah Chung (B/F, 21) of 1517 Park Place, apt. 11F, Brooklyn, NY Josh Dior (B/M, 25) of 848 Crescent Street, apt. 1, Brooklyn, NY Shiquan Aikens (B/M, 28) of 6217 Lippizan Circle, Virginia Beach, VA Aaliyah Chung was charged with Conspiracy to Commit/Larceny 3rd Degree, Larceny 3rd Degree, and Possession of a Shoplifting Device. Josh Dior was charged with Conspiracy to Commit/Larceny 3rd Degree. Shiquan Aikens was charged with Conspiracy to Commit/Larceny 3rd Degree, Larceny 3rd Degree, and Interfering with an Officer. Trumbull News: SUSPECT SCARED OFF BY RESIDENT DURING EARLY MORNING BURGLARY
#Trumbull CT-- A Trumbull resident scared off a burglar that entered into their residence during the early morning hours of Saturday, April 29. At about 5:00 a.m., Trumbull Police responded to a report of a residential burglary on Haverhill Road where an unknown individual had entered a home and then ran off after being confronted by the resident. The resident was alerted to someone walking around inside of their home, and when they confronted the suspect the unknown individual ran out of the house and down the road. Initial responding officers checked the area, but were unable to locate any persons, or vehicles, related to this incident. No injuries were reported. The Trumbull Police Detective Bureau is actively investigating this…
