I'd say my original report was pretty accurate: Connecticut State Police report: On November 25th, 2021 at approximately 1429 hrs, Troop G personnel responded to a pedestrianwalking on Route 15 North between exits 40-41. Upon arrival, Troopers observed a white male crouchedbehind the concrete barrier in the right shoulder. While Troopers began making contact with the male, themale suddenly jumped over the barrier and began running across the northbound travel lanes into traffic.Troopers were able to stop the male in the left lane, where a physical altercation ensued. Fairfield News: Prank- No One Hanging Over Merritt Parkway

2021-11-24@10:45pm--#Fairfield CT-- Police received a call for what was thought possibly be a person hanging from the Merwin's Lane overpass of the Merritt Parkway. State police told me it was a prank. I pressed to ensure it was nothing derogatory and he said it was a Halloween skeleton dressed in clothes with a noose around it's neck. Fairfield News: Armed Robbery

2021-11-24@3:03am--#Fairfield CT-- Fairfield Police received a report that a male subject displayed a gun and just robbed Cumberland Farms on Kings Highway. Patrol immediately located  and made a motor vehicle stop on a suspicious car in the area, which was identified as the suspects’ car. The vehicle was occupied by two subjects. The operator (Emmanuel Arango 10/18/90) complied with commands. The passenger (Gregory Whren 01/25/62) did not. He exited the car and ran onto I95 and engaged Officers in a brief foot pursuit before being apprehended.
