The driver chased after the fleeing driver and there were reports of shots fired. The car crashed on Vincellette Street and they took off on foot. The area was reportedly filled with police along with K-9. This is why I say See Something, Report Something!!!

The bear was no longer on the scene when animal control and I arrived after our 15 minute ride to the pre-school.
