Officer Damien Csech was sent to the area of the Trumbull Gardens housing complex Monday on a report of a large street fight. One of the victims told Csech and Lt. Steven Lougal that he and his brother were walking when they were surrounded by a large group of youths who began to beat and kick them. One of the brothers declined medical treatment.
