(Bridgeport, CT – March 27, 2013) – An 18-year-old faces a first-degree assault for his role in the attack of a 28-year-old man and his brother.
Officer Damien Csech was sent to the area of the Trumbull Gardens housing complex Monday on a report of a large street fight. One of the victims told Csech and Lt. Steven Lougal that he and his brother were walking when they were surrounded by a large group of youths who began to beat and kick them. One of the brothers declined medical treatment. The other was transported to the hospital with cuts, bruises and possible broken ribs.

Police were able to get a description of the main attacker, a tall black male with a large burn mark on his face.  Officer Mark Blackwell recognized the description right away and knew where he lived.

Aijahlon Tisdale, of 26A Stone Ridge Road, was charged with first-degree assault. Bond was set at $10,000.
