I’m very sad to report that Connecticut’s own Gary DeCarlo who wrote and performed the song Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye” has passed.  Gary is a graduate of Bridgeport’s Central High School and made Shelton his home.  The song which was probably played in nearly every sports stadium worldwide.  The song sold nearly eight million copies.  Gary has been battling cancer for over a year and passed in local hospice overnight.
