#Fairfield CT–On Wednesday, July 19th Diane R Connelly, DOB 07/06/1960 was arrested and charged with 53a-107, Criminal Trespass 1st Degree and 53a-167a, Interfering with a police officer  after she repeatedly ignored requests by the owner of Miller Nissan to leave the business and then attempted to re-enter the business after a police warned her to leave and not return.  She subsequently struggled with officers while being placed into handcuffs.  A complainant from Miller Nissan at 970 Kings Hwy East reports a customer inside the dealership acting belligerent and refusing to leave. The female was allegedly still inside the business taking pictures of employees at the time of the call. The complainant states this is an ongoing incident regarding a leased vehicle for which Connelly is not named on any of the lease paperwork. He said Connelly has been told several times before that they cannot deal with her regarding this matter because she is not on the lease. The complainant stated he wants Connelly warned not to return.
