#Fairfield, CT–Are your fingers itching to dig in your garden, but it’s still a bit too cool outside for plants? The Fairfield Woods Branch Library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road, will be hosting garden lectures on Wednesday, April 6 at 7 pm and Saturday, April 9 at 2 pm.
The presenters, Christine Segalas and Mark Gaulke of Homegrown Harvest LLC, say that cool weather is a good time to plan your spring garden. Join them on April 6 as they talk about soil and aeroponic options. On April 9 Christine will discuss Small Space Gardening: Building a Polyculture Garden. She will discuss how you can plant your garden in a small space yet yield a multitude of harvests.

The Bridgeport Police Homicide Squad holds an active warrant for the arrest of Bernard Brandon last known address of 405 Hollister Avenue, 2nd Floor, Bridgeport, Connecticut.
The warrant stems from the homicide of Javoni Patton on February 11, 2016, near the intersection of Stratford Avenue / Connecticut Avenue.
Brandon is to be charged with the following:
Murder (53a-54a)
Criminal Possession of a Pistol/Revolver (53a-217c)
Carrying Pistol w/o Permit (29-35)
Weapon in MV (29-38)
Bond to be set at $1,000,000.00
