His interest in news spread to become the communities breaking news leader in Connecticut’s Fairfield County. Fairfield News: Man Rams Police Car

2020-05-04--#Fairfield CT--A citizen reported a disabled vehicle on Stratfield Road at Montauk Street.  Officers located the Chevy Impala in the eastbound lane of Stratfield Road at Brooklawn. Parkway. Officers observed that the operator was slumped over unresponsive in the driver's seat. The driver had a full bottle of malt liquor in his lap and his left knuckles had lacerations and blood on them. All of the doors to the vehicle were locked, the vehicle's gear shifter was in drive, and the driver's foot was on the gas.   Officers positioned a patrol vehicle in front of the suspect's vehicle to prevent it from driving forward unintentionally, before attempting to awake the operator. AG Files Suit On Clean Water Act

Hartford, CT) --Attorney General William Tong joined a coalition of 19 attorneys general in filing a lawsuit challenging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s effort to gut longstanding Clean Water Act protections by unlawfully narrowing the definition of “Waters of the United States. The EPA final rule removes protections for all ephemeral streams, many wetlands, and other waters that were previously covered under the Act. 2020-05-02@9:43pm-- #Bridgeport CT--- Police and firefighters received another call of fishermen caught on the breakwater rocks at Seaside Park. Initially they thought there were about 5 people on the rocks, then ten and the numbers kept going up. A total of 28 people had to transport from zodiac (rubber boats used for shallow-water rescue) to the police and fire boats and then shuttled the ferry dock to be evaluated by EMS. First reports said there were a couple of people with hypothermia but all 28 people refused medical treatment and refused transportation back to their vehicles.
