Dissemination of Voyeuristic material

#Bridgeport CT--On October 6, 2019 a female Sacred Heart University student reported to police that she believes she was the victim of a sexual assault. The victim reports that she was intoxicated in the early morning hours of October 6, 2019 and believes that a male she identified as Nicholas Otto-Bernstein (7/17/99) had sexual intercourse with her without her consent. The victim also told police that a nude photograph of her was circulated online through the mobile application Snapchat. The victim reports that this photograph was taken without her consent. Investigators were able to determine that Otto-Bernstein took the nude photograph of the victim and disseminated it online to other students. Bridgeport News: Car Thief Doesn’t Get Too Far UPDATE

2020-01-21@9:30pm--In a story we were first to tell you as it was happening, a Bridgeport Police Officer was parked on Capitol Avenue when a dark colored sedan went racing by. After a brief pursuit, the suspect stopped the car and bailed on foot as the car rolled into another vehicle stopped at that light at Park Ave. Suspect was caught by responding units on Cleveland East of Lincoln a few minutes later. Just as he was apprehended, another BPD unit that were responding to assist, was flagged down on Madison Ave by an Hispanic male saying his company car was just stolen. Bridgeport News: Pursuit Of Stolen Vehicle

UPDATE: The vehicle was located abandoned at Broadbridge Avenue & Barnum Avenue in Stratford. 2020-01-20@12:08am--#Bridgeport CT--#cttraffic-- Police are pursing a stolen Lexus out of West Haven. The pursuit started when they almost hit a police officer.  The pursuit went down Park Avenue down side roads, onto Main to Chopsey onto Route 8/25 then onto I-95 northbound but Bridgeport Police broke off the pursuit at the town line.
