10:22pm--#Bridgeport CT--A man was robbed by two men on foot another on a bicycle on Park and State Street in front of the YMCA. One of them had a gun. UPDATE: Turns out to be a BB gun.

10:13pm--#Bridgeport CT--A William Place resident called police his dog was stolen by his step son to pay off a debt. He has the abduction on video.
Milford Mall Robbery
9:41pm--#Milford CT--Firefighters/EMS on the way to the Milford Mall outside Macy's where a person was assaulted during a robbery.

8:19am--#Stratford--One shot on Boston and Bruce Avenue. Police are looking for one 3 males who fled on foot. Police on scene EMS on the way, one down.

5:10pm--#A Colony Street resident has come home from work to find they received an oil deliver and a bout 5 gallons overflow into the basement. Firefighters are assisting with speedy dry.

Smoke out of a window in Bridgeport
3:06pm--#Bridgeport CT-- Report of smoke coming out of the first floor of a building at 188 Merriam Street.
2:30pm-- Shots fired outside the capitol on 2nd street and Constitution Avenue with a reported capitol police officer injured. The capitol is now on lockdown. More information as this story develops. UPDATE: 2:30-- It seems there will be a news conference at around 3:00pm in regard to the shots fired. 2:59-- According to WTNH the House side of the capitol is no longer under lockdown. 2:58--According to ABC7's Twitter page, the white house gate was just rammed with a car, however, there are no other sources stating this. The tweet: "CAPITOL UPDATE: Reports say someone tried to ram White House gate w/ car, chase ensued, ended at Capitol Hill. Shots fired, unclear by who"
Shoplifter in custody after brief pursuit
12:33pm--#Stratford CT--Police have one a shoplifter from Burlington Coat Factory at 800 Barnum Avenue Cutoff. The pursuit ended at the cutoff by Sunset Shores at 720 Barnum Avenue Cutoff.
