Bridgeport Police UPDATE: Brandon Roberts has waived extradition and we have been in contact with authorities in Ohio. Bridgeport Police expects to send detectives to Ohio this week to transport Roberts back to Connecticut. #Bridgeport CT-- On December 8, 2018, Emily Todd was shot and killed on Seaview Avenue next to the Newfield Avenue boat ramp.
