Himes, Blumenthal Introduce Darwin Day
WASHINGTON, DC— Congressman Jim Himes (CT-04) and Senator Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut introduced a bill to commemorate the 209th anniversary of the birthday of Charles Darwin on February 12, 2018.
