Stratford K-9 Retires
#Stratford Connecticut–The Stratford Police Department retired one of its K-9 Units on Thursday, November 10 at 1:30 p.m. K-9 Gunny and Officer Christopher Goode have been partners for the past 7 years. Gunny is a dual trained dog who is certified in narcotics detection and tracking. Together they have assisted this town and multiple agencies. Gunny who is 9 years old will remain with his handler in retirement.

UPDATE: Shortly after midnight police caught the suspect and recovered the car at Howard and Beechwood Avenue.
10:01pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut–A 2004 black Saturn with Connecticut plates AC29142 was taken at gunpoint at Iranistan Avenue and State Street. This is the second carjacking in the downtown area tonight and that too was a 2004 car.
