7:31pm (11/11/2015)--#Fairfield CT-- Gary Swanson, owner of Swanson Fish Market at 2439 Black Rock Turnpike called police to report an "off the books employee was stealing money from the register". According to the police report "the employee who resided in Bridgeport but did not know his date of birth or phone number". The report continued that they employee "worked for him, off the books on Saturdays"......"Gary noticed that the stores cash sales dropped from approximately 30% of sales to approximately 10% of the sales, alerting Gary that it was possible someone was not putting all cash transaction into the register".
