On 10/15/2022 at approximately 9:00pm, an armed robbery occurred at Smoke Vibes located at 50 Bridge St. Investigators are looking to identify the female pictured in the attached photos who may have relevant information about the incident. Stratford News: Bank RobberyPolice UPDATE: On 11/23/2022 a robbery occurred at the Webster Bank located at 450 Barnum Avenue in Stratford. During the incident, a white or Hispanic male robbed approximately $365 dollars. No weapons were displayed and no one was injured. The suspect was left in a dark colored vehicle. The investigation is active at this time. Shelton Police Make Armed Robbery Arrest within Hours
On 11-21-22 at approximately 7:30pm, Shelton Police were dispatched to Cleto’s Package Store, located at 402 Howe Ave, for a report of an armed robbery. It was reported that a white male approximately 40-50 years old entered the store and displayed an AR15-type rifle and demanded money. The male left the store with cash and items. Seymour Police responded to assist with a K9 track. Police and detectives were able to get video surveillance which identified the suspect’s vehicle. The information was sent to other law enforcement agencies. Police agencies including Derby and New Haven PD immediately contacted Shelton Police with more information based on the video surveillance. Westport News: Fire On The Outside Of A House
#Westport CT--At 3:02 today (11/22/2022), the Westport Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire at Rocky Ridge Road. Upon arrival, a fire was observed on the front right corner of the house. Firefighters deployed a 1 ¾ inch hand line and quickly extinguished the fire. Westport Truck Company 1 found and extinguished the fire that extended to the interior of the second-floor bedroom. The power to the house was disconnected by the power company and the homeowner was working with an electrician to restore power. The homeowner was not displaced at the time of this report.
