2021-06-13@1:30pm-- According to witnesses the motorcycle was traveling on Main Street when a car on Salem Street allegedly pulled out into the roadway clipping the motorcycle. The motorcyclist was complaining of leg pain but refused medical treatment.

UPDATE: The deceased in the shooting incident at the Marriott Residence Inn in Shelton has been identified as 23 year old Ivan Whyte of Bridgeport. Officers and detectives have been working around the clock on this investigation. #Shelton CT--On 6-12-21 at approximately 11:33pm, Shelton Police and EMS responded to 1001Bridgeport Ave, the Marriott Residence Inn, on a report that a male was shot and was inthe parking lot. Personnel arrived and located the male who was pronounced deceased atthe scene. The deceased male was 23 years old from Bridgeport. Probable cause was developed to arrest Wayne Currier of New Canaan for his role in these robberies.
