4:04pm–#Fairfield CT–Police are on scene of a bus accident and what appears to b e van under the overpass at Black Rock Turnpike and Kings Highway East just before Staples Plaza.  There were students on the bus but there are no reported injuries.  It was a First Student bus and it had cardboard sign which read Bus 67 if that helps waiting parents…..
