#Stratford CT–On Wednesday, March 11th a shoplifting occurred at the Stop&Shop located on East Main Street in Stratford. The suspect fled the scene and led officers on a short pursuit which was terminated. The suspect is pictured below and this department is looking for help in identifying the person of interest. He is described as a white male, in his 40’s. He was last seen wearing kaki pants and a blue/white checkered shirt. He left the scene driving a late model Chevrolet pickup truck. The truck was green in color but the driver side door was discolored. The license plate displayed on the truck, CT 2424DA was a stolen license plate.
