His interest in news spread to become the communities breaking news leader in Connecticut’s Fairfield County. He strongly believes that the public has right to know what is happening in their backyard and that government needs to be transparent. Steve also likes promoting local businesses.

Fairfield News: Gas Station Robbed…Again

Fairfield Police UPDATE: On 03/25/2018 at approximately 9:15pm an armed robbery occurred at Star Gas Station 350 Jennings Rd. Fairfield, CT. The store clerk reported that a male entered the store armed with a knife, and demanded cash. The clerk opened the cash register and backed away while the suspect reached over the counter and took the cash drawer out of the register. The suspect then removed an undisclosed amount of cash and left the store on foot eastbound on Jennings Road. The store video surveillance showed a tall thin male, with light to fair skin, wearing a purple bandana wrapped around his face, a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, work style boots, and carrying a knife. Bridgeport News: Narcotics Arrest

#Bridgeport CT--The Bridgeport Police Department Tactical Narcotics Team conducted a narcotics investigation in the area Sheridan St. The arrest team was instructed to converge on a silver Jeep Cherokee where a narcotics transaction was taking place. The dealer, later identified as Sony Thelusca, born 3/26/1994 fled from the vehicle engaging Officers in a foot pursuit. Thelusca was apprehended on Seaview Ave. The buyer was apprehended without incident. Officers recovered packaged and unpackaged heroin, “crack” cocaine, Xanax pills, suboxone and THC vapes. Cash proceeds related to the sale of narcotics was also seized. The vehicle Thelusca arrived in had a loaded handgun on the driver’s side floor. Westport News: Fire On Da Roof

9:45pm--#Westport CT--  Three people evacuated a home on Island Way for a fire on their roof.  The homeowner thought he put the fire out with a garden hose but firefighters found addition flames on the back of the home.  Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire and are checking to make sure it did not extend into the home.   Our sponsor can make it like It Never Even Happened!
