2020-05-16@12:25pm–#Bridgeport CT– Firefighters were called to a crash with injuries across the street from 333 State Street.  The firefighters had to extricate the driver from the silver car which was pinned against the parking garage.  State Street is currently closed at Lafayette Boulevard.

 

 

2020-05-15@6:50pm–#Bridgeport CT– Bridgeport fire water Uber..I mean fireboat on the way to the rocks at Seaside Park to bring in people stranded on the rocks at Seaside Park.  On May 3rd firefighters had to bring in 28 out of towners stuck on the rocks at high tide.  No fines or any sort of penalty was issued to them.

2020-05-14@6:08pm–#Bridgeport CT– An SUV driving uphill on Reservoir Avenue crashed into a fence and then hit 1032 Reservoir Avenue with minor damage.  The driver was being treated by EMS with unknown injuries at the scene.

2020-05-14@3:51pm–#Bridgeport CT– There is a heavy police presence in the Success Avenue/Court D area looking for a missing 6-year-old.  Police are looking for a white male about four feet tall with blond hair, blue pajama bottoms, and a gray long-sleeved shirt.

2020-05-14@1:42pm–#Bridgeport CT– There were some tense moments when wires came down snaring the family’s car on Anton Street at Madison Avenue.  Fortunately, it was phone lines with no serious voltage and firefighters untangled the wires and the vehicle was able to go on its way!

 

 

2020-05-13@10pm–#Bridgeport CT– Tonight’s vehicle fire was discovered by police on patrol on Brooklawn Avenue near the intersection of North Avenue. There were no reported injuries.
