He said it happened by the gas station at Reservior and Woodrow Avenue. His non-life-threatening injuries. 1:40am--A person arrived at Bridgeport Hospital shot in the buttocks and leg. He claimed it happened at Beechwood Avenue but would not cooperate with the police. There was a spot shotter activation of 10 rounds in the area. 2:35am-- A man in the 100 block of Merchant Street was shot in his manhood. 2019-09-06 #Bridgeport CT-- Bridgeport Police had trouble filling up the police cars with gasoline during the Cablevision/Altice cable outage. Around midnight one officer broadcasted that he got the system to read his card and was able to start filling cars that needed gas. Many police cars filled up at that time. 2019-09-07 @ 1:00AMish-- Firefighters handled two major fire incidents at the same time. A call of a crash that sent one car into Wades Dairy at 1288 Barnum Avenue. Police pulled two drivers out of the burning car. A second incident was a fire at the McDonalds at 4219 Main Street. The chief said the vent had grease and the fire shot through the roof there. One police officer and one civilian was injured at the Wade Dairy incident.

The victim stated he was walking home to on East Main St until he was forcibly escorted into a white work van and subsequently was robbed by 3 black males. No weapons were displayed according to the victim. The victim was unable to provide any further description of the suspects. The suspects allegedly stole 2 gold chains, 2 gold bracelets, and a 14K gold ring from the victim.
