The Akita Restaurant at 451 Kings Hwy East called the police to report that three people came to the restaurant, spat on the floor and then left on foot towards Bridgeport. 2019-08-31 @ 12:12pm--#Fairfield CT-- Police were called about a man who threw a very large "brick" or paver through the front door window at Colleen Tighe State Farm Office at 102 Kings Hwy East. The office was closed at the time. Like a good neighbor citizens stayed on the phone with police and the suspect was apprehended on Mason Street across the street.

2019-08-28 @ 12:28pm--#Fairfield CT-- Land Rover's slogan is "Go Beyond" but that wasn't what this homeowner had in mind as a driver went through their stonewall at the corner of North Benson and Osborne Hill Road. The driver was shaken up and EMS was called but the driver refused medical treatment.

2019-08-25 @ 12: 34am-- A car ran out of gas on I-95 northbound just past exit 23 and pulled over to the shoulder. A car in the travel lane hit the man putting gas in the car and hit his car triggering a four car crash. Assistant Chief George Gomola said the man was not seriously hurt. Three were transported to the hospital AMR on the way to a different call made the call the 911. 11:57pm--#Fairfield CT-- Police break up a bar fight at 55 Wine Bar & Wood Grille located at 55 Miller Street. One person had a laceration to the head and taken to the hospital. A second ambulance was called for another person with unknown injures.

Fairfield Police UPDATE: Officers responded to Lakeside Drive on a report of a domestic disturbance between adult children in their 50’s and 60’s who live with their 90 year old mother. Further investigation revealed that the suspect attacked the victim with a razor, causing minor injuries to the neck. The suspect sustained a laceration on the hand during the incident. Veronica Klaff 05/28/1961 is under arrest for assault 2nd and is going to Bridgeport Hospital for treatment.
