9:43pm– #Fairfield CT — A car has hit two trees and a mailbox at Congress Street and Hillsise Road then fled west on Congress Street according to radio reports.

1:45pm–#Fairfield CT– Police were called to Lake Mohegan near the cascade parking where a dog was pepper sprayed. According to radio reports a dog owner became concerned as another dog got too close to their dog and the owner felt threatened. EMS was called as the owner of the dog that was pepper sprayed had trouble breathing. According to other reports, the dogs were leashed. This time of the year controllable dogs are allowed to run with leashes in the park.

9:41pm–#Fairfield CT– Fairfield Police said they approached a suspicious man walking near the Villa Avenue Stop and Shop near Kings Highway East. The man was carrying a plastic bag and a cash register. When police approached the man he fled on foot into the Jewish Cemetery on Kings Highway East. The man is still at large but I did capture more than I expected in the photo!
