#Westport CT--Mary Young, Westport Deputy Planning & Zoning Director announced today that on March 3, 2016, thePlanning & Zoning Commission is scheduled to review an amendment (Text Amendment #705) to the Westport Zoning Regulations. Text Amendment #705 (Application #15-057) was submitted by Melvin Barr of Barr Associates, LLC. The amendment proposes allowing an alternative housing type; cluster housing. The proposal will allow multiple single-family dwellings, each not to exceed 3,200 SF in size, on one building lot in the Res A zoning district, provided the property meets specific criteria outlined in the amendment.
