9:33pm--#Bridgeport CT--Police are investigating the city's second homicide. Just after 9:30pm Police received a call from a passerby of a man face down and bleeding at the corner of Ellsworth and Whittier Street. The man was actually on Davis Avenue, Whittier Street turns into Davis Avenue at this intersection. The responding officer called a supervisor immediately finding the victim bleeding heavily. EMS arrived and found the victim suffered from a gunshot to the shoulder. The man was pronounced dead at St. Vincent's Hospital around 10:30pm. We don't expect police to reveal the victim's identity until Thursday.

11:41am--#Bridgeport CT--Firefighters were quickly on the scene of an electrical fire on the 3rd floor at 1046 Howard Avenue. They are currently on scene checking for extensions. Avoid the area as it is blocked by emergency equipment.
