A group of US representatives plan to introduce legislation that will legalize marijuana and allow states to legislate its use, pro-marijuana groups said Wednesday. The legislation would limit the federal government's role in marijuana enforcement to cross-border or inter-state smuggling, and allow people to legally grow, use or sell marijuana in states where it is legal. 10:02am--Fairfield--Thieves prefer easy targets so it goes without saying to make sure you lock your doors before going to work or to the store. Police just nabbed a man in the Merritt Street area (near Park Ave.) testing doorknobs and checking windows. An alert neighbor spotted the man, called police with an description and remained on the line as police set up a perimeter.
