Man Attempts to Steal Power Tool Using Stolen Car
(Bridgeport, CT – July 2, 2013) – John Fisher, 24, also had a suspended driver’s license. Officers Sarah Nestlen, Jose Luna and Michael Taylor were called to the Home Depot Sunday on a reported shoplifting. A loss prevention associate stated that he observed Fisher, of Derby, load a Dewalt Hammerdrill into a shopping cart and push it towards the exit. He then lifted it out of the carriage and attempted to walk out the store. The employee detained him and, after a scuffle, took him to the ground and handcuffed him.
