The Norwalk Police Detective Bureau is requesting the public’s assistance with a homicide investigation. On August 6, 2011, Rickita Smalls and Iroquois Alston were shotto death on Avenue B. The State of Connecticut is offering a $50,000 reward for information that leads to arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for their murders.
