2:24pm –#Bridgeport CT– The west bound side of Fairfield Ave in front of the steak house is closed due to a vehicle fire that has quickly been knocked down by firefighters.
3/25@5:14pm–#Bridgeport CT– A delivery person was beaten by two males while making a delivery on Madison Terrace. The car was later located on Gem near Whitney Place. K-9 was called in but the dog was unable to locate the suspects.

12:02am–#Bridgeport CT– Police located a stolen car in the St. Vincent Hospital area. A slow speed pursuit went down Main Street, to and across Washington Avenue around side roads in the Hollow before police broke off the pursuit. A short time later the car was located abandoned on Lewis Street. K-9 from Fairfield is assisting in tracking the suspect.

Fairfield Police UPDATE: On 03/25/2018 at approximately 9:15pm an armed robbery occurred at Star Gas Station 350 Jennings Rd. Fairfield, CT. The store clerk reported that a male entered the store armed with a knife, and demanded cash. The clerk opened the cash register and backed away while the suspect reached over the counter and took the cash drawer out of the register. The suspect then removed an undisclosed amount of cash and left the store on foot eastbound on Jennings Road. The store video surveillance showed a tall thin male, with light to fair skin, wearing a purple bandana wrapped around his face, a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, work style boots, and carrying a knife. Anyone with information regarding the robbery, or the suspect pictured below, is asked to call the Fairfield Police Detective Bureau at (203)254-4840, or Text-A- Tip to CRIMES (274637).
8:21pm–#Fairfield CT–The Star Fuels located at the intersection of Black Rock Turnpike and Jennings Road was robbed. The suspect fled down Jennings Road towards Kings Highway East. Star Fuels was recently robbed on February 11th.
2:28pm–#Bridgeport CT– A tenant at 119Smith Street called the landlord after hearing gunshots. The landlord has found bullet holes in the 2nd-floor hallway. Police are investigating.

6:44pm–#Faifield CT– Police were dispatched to the Stop and Shop at Villa Avenue for a naked man in the store. The man’s face was intentionally blurred and hopefully, he gets the help he needs.
