2023-09-20--#Fairfield CT-- Police are investigating the theft of land surveying equipment taken from a sidewalk on Overlook Road.
At 8:30 pm the Bridgeport ECC received a 911 call reporting a person with a stab wound to the head. Bridgeport Police and AMR were dispatched to the scene and reports indicate a party with what appears to be a non-life-threatening stab wound to the head. The person was transported to BPT Hospital.

2023-09-18@8:30pm--#Westport CT-- A Fairfield assistant chief was returning from a call on I-95 when alarms went off in his vehicle alerting him to levels of radiation. He isolated it to a Ryder Truck and was able to get the truck to park at Sherwood Island State Park. Department of Energy & Environmental Protection Agents were called to the park along with state police. After a short period of time, they found the radiation with acceptable levels. The truck was carrying medical supplies which may have caused the activation. The truck is being cited for a number of violations including improper placard of hazardous materials.

2023-09-17 #Westport CT-- Thieves Target Victim Carjacking Him Westport, CT-- On Sunday, September 17, 2023, at approximately 3:50 PM Westport Police responded to a residential burglary and carjacking on Bayberry Lane. The complainant reported that as they returned home and pulled into their garage, two (2) suspects entered the garage. The suspects assaulted the complainant while they were seated in the vehicle and subsequently stole their blue Aston Martin after forcibly removing the victim. It is believed that the suspects arrived at the residence in a dark blue BMW, as this vehicle was seen fleeing with the stolen vehicle.
