Ansonia News: Fatal Motorcycle Accident

Police UPDATE: The victim in the fatal motorcycle accident on East Main and Main Streets is Kevin Parham age 55 of Norwalk, formerly an Ansonia resident. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the cause of death to be blunt trauma and the manner to be accidental. Ansonia Police UPDATE: On November 29, 2020 at about 7:00 P.M., the Ansonia Police Department received a call of a person laying in the road at the intersection of East Main, Main, North Main and State Streets. #Westport, CT--On Saturday November 28, 2020, the Westport PoliceDepartment received a complaint from a business located in theSaugatuck Area in regards to being victimized by an apparent scam. It was reported that an individual had entered the store and had spokenwith a juvenile employee. I-95 Crash

2020-11-28@9:00AMish--#Westport CT-- #cttraffic--At approximately 0900 hours on Saturday, 28 November 2020, Westport Fire along with CT State Police and Westport EMS were notified of a motor vehicle crash on I-95northbound between exits 18-19. While en route, responding units were updated thatthere was a report of a person trapped under a vehicle. Units arrived on the scene and founda two-vehicle crash with one person requiring extrication from under one of the vehicles.It is believed that the trapped individual was outside of the vehicle in the breakdownlane checking on a mechanical issue when their vehicle was struck.
