Stratford, CT – On April 23, Stratford Police arrested 29-year-old Mark Febres after a domestic violence investigation led them to the Top Quality Vibes Bar in Orange. Febres, who is a convicted felon and the subject of a full no-contact protective order, was found with a Glock 43X firearm and taken into custody without incident. Febres was charged with Criminal Violation of a Protective Order, Harassment 1st Degree, and Stalking 2nd Degree. He is being held on a $200,000 bond with a court date set for April 25. On Thursday, April 24, 2025, Bridgeport Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Park Avenue for a report of individuals blocking the entrance to a business. Upon arrival, several people began dispersing, but two individuals were seen walking in the opposite direction—one identified as 32-year-old Deonnedre Jones and the other as the victim. Officers arrived to find a woman with serious injuries lying on the ground, and the suspect, identified as Ylli Shtopaku, forty-five years old, still at the scene. Vape Shop Search Warrant Leads to Arrest

On April 22, 2025, Norwalk Police served a search and seizure warrant at Clever Smoke Shop on New Canaan Avenue as part of an ongoing investigation into unlicensed cannabis sales. Officers found pre-wrapped marijuana cigarettes, edibles, and vape products concealed in a storage cabinet hidden behind beverage boxes, along with $7,030 in cash. Seized items included 287 pre-rolled cigarettes, 50 marijuana flower pouches, 215 illegal vape pens, 49 THC edibles, and nearly 39 pounds of packaged marijuana. Following the investigation, 37-year-old Nileshkumar Patel of Freeport, NY, was arrested and charged with possession and possession with intent to sell over 1kg of marijuana product.

Westport, CT – Westport Police have arrested 38-year-old Albert Steven Bermudez Ocampo of Westport following an investigation into a hidden camera discovered in a shared apartment bathroom.
