(Hartford, CT) –Attorney General William Tong this week led a coalition of 21 attorneys general in submitting a comment letter to the White House Office of Management and Budget, urging the Biden administration to complete its review and swiftly implement proposed FDA Rules, which would prohibit the sale of menthol cigarettes and flavored cigars.
