Firefighters were called to the scene of a home on Hallock Street in Bridgeport, for a house fire. They had to run a firehose line from Main Street, where unconfirmed radio reports say that cars ran over the hose line. Firefighters handled the situation and knocked down the fire. The extent of the injuries is unknown at the time, and the State Fire Marshal was called to the scene.
