In Norwalk, solicitation is only allowed by companies with a valid permit and licensed employees who carry clear identification. Multiple reports of a rolled over box truck on I-95 northbound between exits 16 and 17. I got the photo before the state turned off the cameras so it must be serious. One person reported being trapped. If you are on I-95 northbound in Norwalk or further south I would definitely detour. 2025-02-28@6:50pm--#Westport CT-- #cttraffic
