Governor Calls For Study On Potential Retirements
HARTFORD, CT – Governor Ned Lamont announced that his administration will be conducting a study to evaluate workforce efficiency and organizational design that will prepare the state for a significant number of anticipated retirements among state employees by 2022. The goal of the project is to generate recommendations about how best to mitigate the risk of potential retirements and use the opportunity to modernize and improve how the state government provides its critical services to Connecticut residents while reducing cost.
