UPDATE: Old Navy changed their mind and will not press charges according to radio reports. 3:22pm--#Fairfield CT-- Two out of three shoplifters in a black 2015 Mercedes C300 from Old Navy apprehended by Fairfield Police in front of TJ Max. Old Navy does not want to press charges according to radio reports, probably because it was a citizen that caught them and gave police info on what to look for.
