#Norwalk Ct-- June 15, 2020 just after midnight officers responded to the intersection of East Avenue and Sunset Hill Avenue for a motor vehicle accident. Officers found a car had struck a tree and had heavy damage. Norwalk Fire Department extricated the lone occupant of the vehicle who was pronounced deceased at the scene. Norwalk Shooting UPDATE (Pursuit To Central HS)
Update: On June 11, 2020 at approximately 10:00am officers were called to Roodner Court at 261 Ely Avenue for a report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found one victim with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. A description of the suspect vehicle was broadcast to area law enforcement agencies. Bridgeport Police located the suspect in the area of Central High School where he was detained and subsequently arrested. A firearm was recovered after it was thrown from the suspect vehicle on Kings Highway East in Fairfield. Both parties are known to each other. Another Suicide In Public In Norwalk
2020-06-11@6:05pm--#Norwalk CT-- Sad to report another public suicide, this time the parking lot at Department of Vehicles on Main Avenue, a person shot themselves in a parked car. Earlier, a person shot and killed themselves at a shooting range on New Cannan Avenue. Derby also had their hands full with someone tried to kill themselves with their gas stove gas and a person trying to take their lives at Osborndale State Park. Norwalk Police UPDATE: At approximately 10:00 a.m officers were called to Roodner Court at 261 Ely Avenue for a report of a person shot.
