The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is reminding businesses in Connecticut that working capital loans are still available to small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives; small businesses engaged in aquaculture and private nonprofit organizations affected by severe storms, tornadoes and straight-line winds on May 15, 2018. “Businesses that suffered economic losses as a result of the disaster and want to apply for low-interest loans from the SBA are urged to do so before the July 9 deadline,” said Kem Fleming, Director of SBA Field Operations Center East. Middletown, CT. (May 28, 2019): Connecticut State Troopers were patrolling highways and roads in Connecticut over this 2019 Memorial Day weekend. During this enforcement period Troopers utilized both traditional and non-traditional patrol cars. The enforcement period started at 12:01 a.m. 5/24/19 and ran through 11:59 p.m. on 5/27/19.
