4:04pm--#Bridgeport CT-- Police are investigating a couple of shots fired on the no east side. Police received calls for shots fired on William Street. A car had bullet holes in the windshield. Police also received calls for shots fired on Maple and Noble Avenue and Arctic and William Street. Additional resources were sent to the schools nearby letting out for the day. So far no one reported hit. A tan/gold car was seen leaving the scene after the shots fired. Earlier in February a woman on William Street was shot by a stray bullet as she look out her window on Willaims Street. Staples High School Class of 1979 would like to announce its 40th Class Reunion. The Reunion will be held on the weekend of June 21-23, 2019. The Main event is the Party Like It's 1979 Reunion Party which will take place on Saturday, June 22 from 6:30-10:30 at the Westport Woman’s Club. The party will include an open bar, music and heavy hors d’ oeuvres. Tickets are available online and will cost $110. The weekend will also include a Welcome Party on Friday night at the Black Duck with the band the 5 O’Clocks, featuring our own John Lamb and Paula Gallo. 2019-04-08 @ 9:30PMish-- #Bridgeport CT-- A Bridgeport Police Officer was injured while trying to subdue an alleged out of control person inside the Maple Deli Mini Mart at 717 Kossuth Street. The person was reportedly throwing items inside the store. The officer received an injury to the hand and was transported to the hospital. He was able to apprehend the person prior to backup's arrival. Stratford News: 3rd Teen Charged In Shakespeare Theater Fire

Connecticut Post is reporting that the three suspects are: Vincent Michael Keller, 18, of Stratford; Christopher Sakowicz, 18, of Stratford; and Logan Caraballo, 17, of Shelton. They also reported Judge Frank Iannotti, had their cases were formally transferred to adult court and their identities were made public. After a lengthy investigation, the Stratford Police Department arrested two juveniles in connection with recent arson and burglary incidents within the town including the arson at Shakespeare Theater. #Norwalk CT-- On Friday, April 5 , 2019, at approximately 8:30 AM, a 9-1-1 call was received from a Norwalk resident, stating that a man had entered the home, and pointed a gun at the caller. Officers responded to the scene and discovered that Collins had fled in a vehicle after attempting to shoot one of the occupants of the home. According to the victims, Collins pointed a gun at one occupant and pulled the trigger, however, the gun did not fire. Collins then pistol-whipped the second victim and began assaulting the second victim on the floor while the first victim ran to the bathroom to call 911. The second victim was transported to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.…
